Questions about the free preview
Is the preview really free?
Yes. The Basic preview is free, with no payment, card, or account needed, and you're under no obligation to buy. Send us the site you have today and we'll build one preview of a new design.
What if I don't approve the preview?
Nothing changes. Your current site stays live, and nothing changes on your domain until you approve it. You can ask for up to 2 more passes at no charge.
How long does the preview take?
It depends on the job: how big the site is, how many pages it has, and how quickly we get your content and feedback. A small site with everything ready moves faster. Once your preview is ready, you have 7 days to review it.
What happens after the trial week?
Ask for another pass, or ask us to put it live. Go monthly at $100/month, or annual at $60/month, billed monthly at the annual rate. Plans renew each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from the billing link or by emailing support@akworks.app. Billing stops at the end of your current month, with no further charges. If your site isn't live yet, you'll get a refund. Once it's live, payments already made aren't refunded.
Who owns the site?
Once your site is paid for, the site content and design we create for you are yours. Your domain should be registered in your name. Third-party services, such as hosting, fonts, stock images, plugins and the builder platform, stay under their own providers' licences and terms, and some may need your own account. If you want to move hosting, we'll help you set that up.
